• Website URL, domain preferences, and branding content

• Photos, videos, bios, and media you submit

• Billing details, subscription plans, and payment frequency

• Funnel setup and integration preferences (e.g., CRM, social media, email, website)

We also use Google Analytics and other tracking tools on our website and landing page funnels to monitor engagement and optimize SEO performance.

3. Use of Information

Your information may be used to:

• Publish and promote your Featured Business Listing and/or website/funnel

• Register and manage your authority domain or landing page

• Process and manage your subscription through Stripe

• Integrate business tools such as CRM, social media links, and email

• Provide performance analytics

• Respond to support requests and provide updates

• Display or promote your content (bios, images, video) in accordance with platform rules

4. Content Submissions & Editorial Rights

You may submit bios, photos, and videos to be used on your landing page or business listing. However, we reserve the right to remove or reject any content that we deem harmful, offensive, derogatory, misleading, or in violation of our community standards.

If submitted content violates this policy, we may suspend or terminate your listing without refund.

5. Authority Domain Ownership

All authority domains (e.g., EastValleyAZPlumbing.com) are the exclusive property of Consumer Funnels LLC, unless a separate written agreement is made for purchase.

• Domain usage is permitted only during an active subscription.

• Branding, visibility, and SEO benefits tied to the domain end when your listing is canceled, removed, or not renewed.

• Any future sale of a domain or custom website must be arranged in writing and is subject to approval by Consumer Funnels LLC.

6. Payment Processing and Auto-Renewal

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

• Your subscription is set to auto-renew (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, depending on your plan).

• If you wish to cancel or stop auto-renewal, you must notify us in writing at least 3 days prior to your renewal date.

• No refunds will be issued for missed cancellation requests or auto-renewed charges.

7. Data Security & Hosting

We provide hosting, SSL security, and daily backups for all websites and funnels built for Featured Businesses. Your business profile data is secured through industry-standard measures, although no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Support & Response Time

Support requests can be sent to info@ConsumerFunnels.com. We respond within 24–48 business hours, with urgent requests (such as website downtime) prioritized for immediate attention.

9. Business Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to register or participate as a Featured Business on ArizonaCityLiving.com.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes or claims arising from your participation as a Featured Business will be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.
